CCA provides mostly three types of training solutions:
- Classroom training – standard training of up to eight participants, each with his/her own computer or laptop
- Desk-side training – very customized, where the learner or learners need help with specific features of an application
- Presentation style – often in a board room or auditorium filled with people, the attendees get to see what’s new with a particular upgrade or view a demonstration of features with which they need help.
