The needs of our client companies have become more sophisticated and uniquely singular to them. To accommodate their varying needs and busy schedules, CCA provides on-site training at client locations.  Hands on TrainingThis training can range from hands-on lessons in popular business applications to customized learning modules.

CCA provides mostly three types of training solutions:

  • Classroom training – standard training of up to eight participants, each with his/her own computer or laptop
  • Desk-side training – very customized, where the learner or learners need help with specific features of an application
  • Presentation style – often in a board room or auditorium filled with people, the attendees get to see what’s new with a particular upgrade or view a demonstration of features with which they need help.

CCA’s strength is the people side of technology – expert in bridging the communication gap between software application and the users.
